Martinais: 1994 KWPN Sport Predicate Mare (Guidam x Dammen x Diaz) is a
stunning, Sport Predicate awarded KWPN mare imported from Holland. She was successfully shown through Grand Prix level jumping
before an injury sidelined her career. Perfectly proportioned with ideal conformation, she has a huge stride and was a fearless
powerhouse of a jumper. Her bloodlines and performance record are very rare in North America and she is an outstanding asset
to our jumper breeding program. We are grateful to Krause Sporthorses for selling us this very special mare. Martinais had
a lovely 2011 coly by Zirocco Blue (Mr. Blue x Voltaire). This is a repeat of the cross that produced a lovely filly in 2010.
She was bred to Crespo VDL but sadly lost her embryo due to a virus early in her pregnancy. We will try again
in early 2012.

Quidamselle (reg: Edermine): 1992 16.3h
Selle Francais (Quidam de Revel x Galoubet). Halcyon Hill was lucky enough to add Quidamselle to the broodmare herd for 2010.
She is a former Grand Prix competitor by the incomparable Quidam de Revel out of a Galoubet mare who competed in the 2000
Sydney Olympics. Quidamselle herself had qualified for the Pan Am Games, but was unable
to compete due to an injury. The top two photos show Quidamselle in her prime as a competitor, and the bottom photo shows
one of her exceptional offspring, Louvre, by Chapultepec La Silla (ex Fergar Mail). This special mare combines two of the
top bloodlines in showjumping, and produced a Premium colt by Contempo (Contender x Polydor) in 2011, who
was also named Top Colt and Top Foal at his Oldenburg Inspection. Our thanks to Step By Step Farm LLC for the lease of this
amazing mare. Qui is now retired from broodmare duties and is headed back to her owners in TX.

Pinon Isadora: 1996 16.2h Selle Francais
(Galoubet x Tolbert). Izzy is by the incomparable Galoubet and is an ET offspring from the International GP jumper Pinon Lily,
shown by Ireland's Damian Gardner. Isadora herself competed successfully up to 4'6" jumpers and has now retired from
competition to the broodmare herd at Halcyon Hill. Another high quality mare with super bloodlines, bone, performance, and
athleticism. Izzy has been bred back to Contempo (Contender x Polydor) for 2012 after giving us a beautiful,
typey, and athletic filly in 2011. She is offered for sale for a limited time to a quality breeding home for $8500.
Galaxi: 1999 16.2h Hanoverian (Graf Grannus
x TB) Galaxi had one foal for a prior owner, and unfortunately her sport career was cut short by an injury. She is a lovely
well built mare with the movement, conformation, and bloodlines to produce true competitiors in either the hunter or jumper
arena. She had her first foal for Halcyon Hill in 2010, a fantastic colt by Contempo (Contender x Polydor),
and had another super colt in 2011, who received an 8.2 on conformation at his inspection. Galaxi has been bred back to Contempo
for 2012.
